How to make a magnetic surface on the wall
One of the most fun and useful things to add a touch to your room, living room, or office is to create a magnetic surface on the wall to hang your tools or notes in a practical and wonderful way.
To conduct this small project in your home, you will need the following tools:
- Cleaning sponge
- A piece of wood for stirring
- Paws for hands
- Paint roller number 2
- paper sticker
- Magnetic paint box
- Paint the wall in any color you want
Action Steps:
- Clean the area to be painted with a sponge and clean water to get rid of dust and dirt. This step is very important to obtain excellent results upon completion of the project
- Mark the surface to be painted using adhesive paper
- Open the magnetic paint can and stir the contents well with a piece of wood until it reaches the highest degree of viscosity and is ready for use (Note: 1 liter of magnetic paint is sufficient to cover an area of 16 square metres)
- Using a paint roller, paint the surface marked with the paper adhesive in an orderly manner from top to bottom
- For best results, paint the area on three surfaces, leaving it to dry for 30-45 minutes between each surface.
- The surface will be completely dry after you finish painting within 30 minutes
- Wait 4 hours to paint the surface in the desired color in the same way
Note: In the last step, it must be applied 4 hours after the completion of the magnetic paint coating. We should also not paint more than two surfaces so as not to affect the strength of the magnetic material
