The process of shipping and delivering products is considered an essential part of the shopping process through Jaafar Shop , as the task of delivering goods falls within our responsibilities with the necessity of delivering the product with high quality in accordance with the necessary accuracy and safety standards.
By using delivery services at Jaafar Shop , you agree to the following terms and instructions:
- The address to which the item is to be delivered must be written accurately, emphasizing that we will not be held responsible if you do not receive the product in this case.
- Please confirm shipping costs and process details before approving and approving.
- If you feel that there is a problem with the delivery process, please contact our technical support team.
- When you use one of the private mail services and related companies, you follow their policies and terms of use.
Shipping and delivery costs
Our primary determinant in the process of delivering products and goods is the order price according to the following classification:

Delivery orders: The cost of delivery to all governorates is classified according to the value of the order as follows:

Delivery times:
1- If you place an order before five o’clock in the evening, the order will be delivered within 24-72 working hours, taking into account Friday and Saturday as days off or any official holiday announced by the government.
2- In some cases, the order may be delivered after a period of more than 72 hours, depending on whether the product is available in our warehouses in Amman or not. The customer is informed on the same day he places the order if the delivery of this product will take more than 72 working hours.
3- If the customer places an order after the end of the company’s official working hours, which is five in the evening, then the calculation of the delivery period begins on the second working day.
Merchandise return rules and policies
The user has the right to return any type of goods in one of the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged and unusable.
- Receiving a product that violates the pictures and specifications listed by the store.
Returned goods
Jaafar Shop or its participating stores have the right to dispose of, destroy, or dispose of the returned goods in the manner it deems appropriate, with the need to inform the relevant supplier and take the necessary measures if this action was taken by Jaafar Shop .
Products not eligible for return
- A product that matches the specifications mentioned on the site and does not have any manufacturing defect.
- A product that has been used by the buyer in a way that leads to its specifications being changed or destroyed partially or completely, in addition to any product from which the serial number has been removed.
- A product that the customer delayed returning for more than 15 days from the date of delivery.
Cancel orders
- The user has the right to request cancellation or amendment to an order, but before the work team issues the shipping order.
- The user has the right to cancel an order if the product is not received within the period specified for shipping and delivering this product according to the information that appears during the purchase process. This may happen for the following reasons:
- There is a defect that prevents the product from actually entering the shipping and delivery process.
- The user may have typed his address incorrectly, and in this case the user is considered the party responsible for this error.
- Lack of clear information tracking the shipping and delivery status of the product.
- The user has the right to cancel any order that he has previously paid via credit card, and the amount will be returned to the customer in full. Jafar Shop will bear all commissions resulting from that, and the amount will be returned within 14 working days.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
The compensation paid to a customer for over-invoicing or for returned goods under Jafarshop's Policy.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
The customer has the right to return the product/s in one of the following cases:
- The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
- The product is defective.
- The product was damaged in shipping.
- The item was not delivered on the agreed time

With Jafarshop.com now you can receive your orders on your doorstep to all cities in the HKJ and the prices are as the following:
1- Orders to deliver: 3 JDs delivery fees will be added
2- We also deliver to countrysides and prices are the same (Revise previous points).
Delivery times:
1- If you made an order before 5:00 PM, you will receive your order in 24-72 working hours considering that Friday and Saturday are off days with taking into consideration the holidays announced by the Government.
2- In some cases the delivery of some items will take more than 72 working hours depending on the availability of the item in our stock or not, in that case we will call the customer and inform him with the exact day to receive the order.
3- If the client made an order outside the formal working hours (9:00 - 17:00) the order will be considered made the next day.
