Sponsorship policy

1- All goods that you purchase from our website are guaranteed goods according to what is guaranteed by the parent company. The warranty is covered by the agent and distributor, not the Jaafar Shop website, and there are two types of warranty:

a. The operational (manufacturer’s) warranty is a warranty that lasts no more than one week from the date of receipt of the item, so that if it becomes clear that there are any manufacturing defects during this period, we are obligated to replace the item without incurring any further expenses to the customer. One week after receipt, if no problem is reported, the item will be out of warranty.

B. Warranty with a specified period of time: This is the warranty that guarantees the buyer a specific period of time (determined by the product) and begins from the date of delivery of the product to the customer, and guarantees the product from any manufacturing error except for misuse (burning and breakage).

2- In the event of a maintenance request for any product, the customer’s role is to transfer the product to the agent directly and at his expense and personal responsibility. 3- The buyer is subject to the policy of the supplier, distributor or agent. Accordingly, the buyer agrees to release the responsibility of the Jafar Shop website from bearing the warranty or its consequences. The role of the Jaafar Shop website is limited to providing the buyer with the address of the supplier, distributor or agent.
4- The product warranty is implicit for the period specified by the agent for the product.
5- The lack of availability of any spare parts for the product is the responsibility of the supplier, distributor, or agent, and the Jafar Shop website does not bear any responsibility for that.

Warranty policy:
  1. All products purchased from our website are warranted according to the warranty provided by the manufacturer. The warranty is covered by the agent and distributor and not by Jafarshop. There are two types of warranty:

a. Operational (Factory) Warranty: This warranty is valid for a period not exceeding one week from the date of receipt of the goods. If any manufacturing defects are found during this period, we are obliged to replace the goods without any additional cost to the customer. After one week of receipt, if no problem is reported, the product is considered out of warranty.

b. Limited Time Warranty: This warranty guarantees the buyer a specific period of time (determined by the product) starting from the date of delivery to the customer, and ensures the product against any manufacturing defects except misuse (burning caused by electrical overload and breaking).

  1. In case maintenance is required for any product, it is the customer's responsibility to transport the product directly to the agent, and at their own expense and personal responsibility.

  2. The buyer is subject to the policy of the supplier, distributor, or agent. Therefore, the buyer agrees to waive Jafarshop's responsibility for warranty or its consequences. Jafarshop's role is limited to providing the buyer with the supplier, distributor, or agent's contact information.

  3. The product warranty is valid for the duration specified by the agent for the product.

  4. The unavailability of any spare parts for the product is the responsibility of the supplier, distributor, or agent and Jafarshop bears no responsibility for it.
