Product Description:

Glow pigments also known as luminous/phosphorescent pigments are a phosphorescent powder that absorbs both visible and ultraviolet light and glows in the dark.

Decorete pigments glow stronger and longer than other commercial products.

Decorete pigments are easily mixed into Decorete clear artwork resin to produce outstanding pieces.

Available in 12 colours.

It can dissolve in almost all solvent-based media

Intended for use with Decorete epoxy products.

Application:

Depending on the medium used and the expected result, 5% up to 20% of the dye is recommended. It is often recommended to carry out some tests before starting the main work.

The medium used should be as transparent as possible to allow the pigment to absorb enough light to glow without interruption.

Transparent colors can be added to the medium, and a low amount of color is recommended to give beautiful color during the day and at the same time not reduce or prevent light absorption and emission.

In the case of fluorescent pigments in surface paints, it is recommended to apply in 2-3 thin layers instead of one thick layer. It is always recommended to use a bright background when using glow layers, to strengthen the glow properties.

This product can be dissolved in most solvent-based media, but is not suitable for water-based media.
