VMD 3-piece crack detection kit for welding and pipes

3-piece set allows to accurately identify and smooth out all possible defects found on welding or casting of metal elements without destructive effects on surfaces and with effective quality control.

It consists of three products that should be used together to detect weld holes, pits, cracks and porous areas.
How to use

Clean the entire surface for inspection with VMD CRICCHE CLEANER 137

Apply a light coat of PENETRANTE ROSSO CRICCHE VMD 138 on the surface and wait 15-20 minutes to allow the liquid to drain.

REMOVING EXCESS FLUID FROM PENETRANTE ROSSO VMD 138 Always use CICANCHE VMD 13 CLEANER and let the surface dry.

Finally, spray CRICCHE VMD 139 WHITE DETECTOR and let it act for a few minutes. At this point, where there are defects in the metal, red marks will form allowing the operator to intervene on the defect.
