Product name : Bonding material - polybond
Deco Bond PVA- Multipurpose PVA bonding agent
Product Description:
Deco Bond PVA is a water-emulsion plasticizer of polyvinyl acetate.
Deco Bond PVA provides endless durability and load capacity under dry conditions but can suffer from hydrolysis in wet conditions; This does not apply when used as a concrete additive.
Uses :
- Primer paint (preparatory base coat)
- Added to acrylic paints
- Bonding agent
- It is used as an additive to cement
- General purpose adhesive
Instructions for use:
The wall must be clean and all damaged or loose materials removed with a wire brush. Any grease or water-repellent contaminants should be removed with a degreasing lotion. The surface is then treated with Deco Bond PVA . The amount used varies depending on the area and surface porosity.
Add on cement:
Deco Bond PVA is used to increase the elasticity - adhesion - abrasion resistance properties of the mixture to which it is added, provided that it is not susceptible to high humidity or water ingress. Optimum properties are achieved at approximately 10% Deco Bond PVA binder by weight of cement.
