Product Description:
Decorete pool cement tile grout powder is a ready to use colored polymer modified cement for paving swimming pools and flooded areas.
Uses:
Tile grout is used as a joint filler for tiles, bonding them perfectly with the matching trim color
Particularly suitable for swimming pools, fountains, kitchens, bathroom tiles and any areas flooded with water.

Application:
Preparing the spacers:
All surfaces must be intact and clean before applying Deco Grout SP. All traces of grease or oil should be removed using a chemical degreaser. All damaged particles and any other contaminants must be removed.
Deco Grout SP can be applied 24 hours after laying the tiles.
Mixture :
7 liters of potable water per 25 kg bag of Deco Grout SP Slowly add the powder to the water using a slow speed mixing auger fitted with a mixing paddle, until a homogeneous consistency of the mixture is achieved.
Application method:
Moisten the tiles slightly with a clean, damp sponge before tiling.
Spread the mixture on the surface of the tiles using a rubber putty knife. Do this back and forth at a 45 degree angle to the tile surface to ensure the joints are completely filled.
Remove excess mixture by holding the rubber putty knife at a 90-degree angle running diagonally across the tile.
After 15-30 minutes, wipe away the remaining excess with a wet sponge until the tiling is smooth and uniform.

expiry:
Unopened bags can be stored for up to 12 months in a cool, dry, weatherproof environment. Bags should be stored off the ground.
Cleaning:
Remove excess adhesive with a damp cloth before the material sets.
Contraindications for use:
- Do not install control or expansion joints.
- Color development may vary depending on tile type, temperature, humidity and cleaning methods.
- Decorete recommends using Deco Bond SBR mixed with water for outdoor applications subject to snow-thaw conditions.

Preparation time: Initial layer from 1 to 3 hours
The final layer is 3 to 8 hours
Compressive strength: 15 MPa in 28 days
Adhesion strength: 2.5 MPa in 28 days
safety precautions:
This product is non-toxic but contains cement. Use good occupational health and safety practices to avoid direct contact.
Decorete recommends using dust masks, eye protection and wearing gloves when handling this product.
