Main uses :

Deco stadium paint can be used when you want to create a decorative surface that is durable and waterproof, but flexible and practical at the same time.

Usage and application:

Substratum:

Concrete slabs and slabs must be exposed, fully cured and free of moisture. Cut, clean or break up any unsound or uneven concrete. Clean any dust resulting from this process.

Surfaces can be washed and cleaned, if desired, by acid etching (acid washing the concrete) with 10% muriatic acid wash. (Use appropriate precautions.)

It is important that the acidic sludge be completely neutralized and washed from the floor if this method is used.

Smooth steel concrete floors should be roughened to ensure proper bonding.

Mixture composition:

Restoration works:

Any imbalances or faults present in the floor should be repaired with Deco Repair 100 HB before applying the product.

Deco Repair 100 HB is applied according to the technical data sheet instructions and left to cure completely before applying the coating system.

Application:

The base coat is applied at a rate of 250 g/m2 using a wide mop; Maintain one direction throughout the application.

After the base treatment coat has dried, apply a second coat in a direction perpendicular to the base coat using the same technique and the same amounts of material.

After the second layer dries, a final layer is applied in the same direction as the second layer, using the same technique, at a rate of 200 g/m2.

Additional coats can be applied to iron out any imperfections if necessary.

Drought :

Deco stadium paint does not require any time to dry or harden.

Packing :

Deco stadium paint is available in 25 kg drums.

The filler is available in 10 kg bags.

Coverage area:

Each pail of Deco Court will cover approximately 30 square metres, applied in three coats.

Storage:

• Protection from weather, especially direct sunlight.
• Keep products in the original, closed containers
• Rotate inventory to ensure the oldest materials are used first.
• Store at temperatures between: 5-35 degrees
• Shelf life: 12 months

Initial set at 21ºC: 45 minutes

Final set 21ºC: 2 hours

Deco Bond PVA is non-flammable and non-toxic under normal conditions of use, but is harmful if ingested.

In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with appropriate amount of clean water. Wear protective clothing, gloves, and eye and face protection .

Cleaning:

Water is usually a satisfactory solution for cleaning tools. If the material begins to harden, warm water and soap may be helpful to clean hands and tools.
